How College Students can make Money Online-

Amazon’s Mechanical Turk-

A good idea to think about with sites online to make money is that you want to look for legit names.  Mechanical Turk is one such site.  It’s run by Amazon which helps to make you feel secure in the fact that a larger company is running it. The site actually has their own payments account that it sends your funds to. On this site it takes ten dollars to transfer it to your bank account, or one dollar for a dollar gift certificate for Amazon itself.

Sell your pictures online-

Take advantage of your artistic talents by capturing images that can be sold as stock photography online to sites like Dreamstime.com, SnapVillage.com, Shutterstock.com, iStockphoto.com, Fotolia.com and BigStockPhoto.com. You’ll make money every time your stock photos are downloaded, and most sites will even let you retain a portion of your copyright.

Take surveys-

survey
Taking online surveys or being a part of online market research focus groups is a great way for college students to make money online. There are a lot of sites out there which will pay college students for their opinions. Some great sites for taking surveys are: surveyspot.com, surveysavvy.com, opinionoutpost.com, and greenfieldonline.com.

Start and Monetize a Blog-

Pick a theme for your blog that interests you, and start writing. Try to write about things other people aren’t writing about. Network with other bloggers and get links to your blog to improve its search engine rankings. To get a better search engine ranking and make money online you may need to study a bit of SEO.

Freelance writing-

Freelance writing
You already write for some of your college courses right? Why not just write & actually get paid for it! If you are good at writing, then you can definitely make money as a freelance writer online. The great thing about writing for the web is that you can cater your writing to your interests. For instance, science majors can post to innovation blogs, nutrition majors can post to healthy eating sites, and students studying to be veterinarians can post to pet health sites.

EBay-

EBay
Most important point for making money online is EBay. EBay gives you the option to charge for shipping but they ask for 15 percent or more back from the shipping in fees.  EBay also charges fees based on the purchase price which is how they make the money to continue the site and company.  Depending on your item or items, the amount you actually make could be quite low or disappointing.

Do what you Love-

College students can make a good amount of money doing things like tutoring, babysitting, and landscaping. The internet makes it a lot easier for you to connect with people who might be interested in whatever kinds of services you might have to offer. For instance, Tutor.com is an excellent resource if you’re interested in tutoring, and you should definitely check out Care.com if you’d like to score some babysitting gigs.

Teach students through internet-

You can teach subjects that you have learned in the previous years of your college or pick up a subject of your interest. The classes that are held over the internet usually last for anywhere between 2 and 3 hours a day and thus you will not have a problem to make this much time for the classes.

Hubpages-

Hubpages
Personally I recommend you to join Hubpages where you have to create hubs or articles and get an AdSense account through Hubpages to run  Ads in your hubs. Everything will be taken over by Hubpages Administrator. Your only work is to write with a knowledge of on page SEO & building some links to your hub from other related websites. Hubpage has a revenue sharing site, the revenue you will be earning from ads will be devided into 60-40 ratio. 60% is yours. And Hubpages keeps the rest 40%.
That’s all!!
